Role of the Board

The Trust Board membership is all Directors. The role of the Trust Board is to determine the strategic direction and vision of the Trust and to oversee the annual strategic plan.

The Trust Board of Directors must hold meetings at least three times per year. Information about director attendance can be found here.

The Trust Board - terms of reference sets out the type of decisions made by the Board as a whole.

 Sub-committees have their own terms of reference which set out those decisions delegated to them by the Board.
